Our work

If it's holding your business back, we can solve it.

Off-the-shelf software covers the common case. These are the other ones: a private club's front gate, a contractor's bid pipeline, a retailer's IT desk, a household's maintenance schedule. Each started as one specific problem that kept coming back, and became a system someone runs every day.

Hospitality

The gate, the dining room and the valet stand each kept their own list, and the three rarely agreed. Our solution puts them in one system: arrivals logged at the gate show up for the host stand and the valet in real time, along with the member's party, reservations and notes.

Compared to Clubessential at an estimated $50,000 a year.

  • Gate arrivals
  • Member directory
  • Dining reservations
  • Floor plans
  • Valet board
  • Kiosk mode
Front-gate dashboard with today's arrivals, members, guests and parties on site, and cards for everyone currently on the grounds
The front gate: who's arrived, who's with whom, and who is on the grounds right now.
Dining day view listing seated and scheduled reservations beside a floor plan of the main dining room's tables
Tonight's reservations beside a live floor plan of every room.
Live valet board with active vehicles and open spots, and cards for cars ready at the drive or requested for pickup
The valet board: every car from drop-off to hand-back, refreshed live.
Member directory table with names, phone numbers, member numbers, addresses and registration dates
The member directory the gate, dining room and valet all share.

Finance

Vendor invoices arrived by email in every format imaginable and were coded to a company by hand, one at a time. Our solution reads every receipt that lands in a shared inbox, extracts and classifies it, matches it to a purchase order, and splits the cost across business units by what each one actually uses.

Compared to BILL at $1,068 per user per year.

  • Invoice intake
  • PO matching
  • Spend analytics
  • Renewal calendar
  • Cost allocation

Purchase orders from request to approval, matched against the invoices that arrive.

ITSM

When an application went down, the first question was always who owns it, and the answer lived in someone's head. Our solution maps every application to the people responsible for each part of it, from the database to the bill, tracks what it costs per user, and tells the right people when maintenance or an incident is coming.

Compared to ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management at $780 per application per year.

  • Approvals
  • Total cost of ownership
  • Incident notices

Operations

Public bids are scattered across federal, state and city procurement portals, and a won bid used to start over as a blank spreadsheet.
