This page covers the two places this site collects information: the contact form, and the scheduling tool used to book an intro call. If you're a client with a signed engagement, that agreement governs anything beyond what's described here.
We don't run analytics or tracking scripts on this site, and we don't use cookies to track you across visits. Your IP address is read briefly to prevent spam — it's checked against a short-lived counter that clears itself within 15 minutes and is never stored longer-term or tied to your identity.
A contact form submission is relayed to a private channel our team monitors, so we can get back to you. It isn't added to a mailing list, and we don't keep a separate copy of it beyond that.
A booking is kept in our scheduling system so we can manage the call — reschedule it, cancel it, find it if you write in about it — and used to create a calendar invitation, sent to you directly by Microsoft or Google depending on which calendar the call lands on. A summary is also relayed internally the same way a contact form submission is.
We don't sell, rent, or share what you submit with anyone for marketing.

Contact form submissions aren't stored by us beyond the notification message itself. Booking records are kept for as long as we need them to manage the appointment and our own records, and can be deleted on request — see below.
Email contact@departurelabs.io to ask what we have on file about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
